It offers privacy and services such as a communal swimming pool, children's pool, private outdoor parking area within the urbanisation and private access to the urbanisation. Pets are allowed (maximum 1 pet, cost 6€/night); the guest must make sure to keep the house clean of hair and/or excrements, please be responsible with your pet as after you leave we must do a thorough cleaning to remove any remains as allergic people may stay there. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the house without their owner, nor on the terrace.
