Inside, the spacious living-dining room, with air conditioning, is perfect to relax while watching the TV-Sat or with a good reading. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a ceramic stovetop as well as oven, microwave and more. It has direct access to the terrace so you just have to cook your best dishes and enjoy them right there at the terrace enjoying the sea breeze. There are two bathrooms in the accommodation -one with a tub and the other with a shower- and three bedrooms, all with AC. Two have a double bed, and the other has twin beds and closet. We cam provide with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. The washing machine, iron, ironing board and 2 radiators complete the equipment.
The apartment is perfectly located with all services reachable on foot: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, all kinds of shops, bus stop -that passes by every 15 minutes in the high season-, etc. We recommend you visit the beaches of Can Picafort, Formentor or Port de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia also is worth a visit. You must know the ancient wall, the squares and church, and the traditional street market on Tuesdays and Sundays, when the town becomes an even livelier place.
The private upper terrace is accessed via the communal stairs. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.

5. Do not open rooms or closets that are locked and therefore are
for private use.
6. Do not throw anything down the toilet, bathtub, sink or other drains (tampons, sanitary napkins,
diapers). Do not throw away cleaning products that are harmful to the environment.

7. Any type of flooding in the bathroom will damage the décor and flooring.
